The staff was exceptionally polite and professional, making check-in quick and hassle-free. We only waited about five minutes before being seen, which was very much... The dental assistant was very friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing clear instructions and helpful information throughout the process. The dentist was also very kind and careful, ensuring that everything was done meticulously while prioritizing my comfort. The procedure was surprisingly fast — we were in and out in under an hour. Overall, I highly recommend this dental practice for their professionalism, efficiency, and caring approach.

I got dentures late March of 2024. The lower partial denture broke 01/14/2026, shy of 2 years. I'm unhappy with this and there is no mention of a warranty. Surely they should last longer or I should receive a partial refund. So, very shortly after posting this review, Dr Despain's office called... I got dentures late March of 2024. The lower partial denture broke 01/14/2026, shy of 2 years. I'm unhappy with this and there is no mention of a warranty. Surely they should last longer or I should receive a partial refund. So, very shortly after posting this review, Dr Despain's office called and we discussed my broken partial. He has offered to replace it at no charge and an appointment was made. I will post here when I have my new partial. I am very happy at this point, and thank Dr Despain and Melinda. March 2nd and all is well. Thank you, Dr Despain and crew! The new lower partial denture is excellent!
