Meet the Team

Melissa attended Highline College and joined Skyview Dental in 2021. She is the welcoming voice to our patients, provides scheduling, and helps patients on the phone and in person.

She enjoys being the first person to welcome patients and the last to see them leave. Building relationships with patients creates a special bond and makes them comfortable in a place that probably isn't their favorite to be in.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys playing with her dog, reading, hanging out with family, going to sporting events, and traveling with her husband.

She loves meeting new people and helping guide patients toward achieving a healthy, confident smile. Patients appreciate her kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help with their dental needs, making each visit more comfortable.

Becoming a mom is her greatest accomplishment, and she values the balance it brings to her life. In her free time, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her daughter and boyfriend. Together, they love going to the park, spending time outdoors, and going shopping.

She pursued a career in dentistry because she enjoys helping people regain their smiles and confidence. Dentistry allows her to combine her passion for patient care with her financial knowledge, helping patients understand their treatment options and make informed decisions about their dental health.

Patients love Tania's friendly smile, positive attitude, and contagious laugh. She goes above and beyond to ensure every patient feels comfortable and fully understands their payment and financing options, making the process as stress-free as possible.

Her favorite part of the job is helping patients achieve the care they need while building lasting relationships along the way. In her spare time, Tania enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as her teammates, Esmie and Veronica. She values connection, laughter, and making a positive impact both in and out of the office.

Karen loves learning new things everyday. She is newer to the dental world, and she's eager to learn. She has a background in customer service and enjoys scheduling patients and helping them navigate through their treatment. Karen enjoys meeting new people and being able to see their beginning to end results.

She has three beautiful children who keep her busy. Their family enjoys traveling to different sporting events and spending their free time together along with their dog.

Ann has many years of experience in dentistry, including work as both a dental assistant and dental hygienist. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Shoreline Community College.

She has a strong passion for healthcare and helping people achieve better oral health. Her favorite part of dentistry is working with a great team that strives to provide the highest-quality care. Patients appreciate that she is friendly, easy to talk to, and always puts patient care first.

Outside of the office, Ann is a sports enthusiast who enjoys cheering on the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners. She also enjoys baking and spending time outdoors with her three dogs.

Jaime joined the Skyview Dental team in May 2024. She received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from Eastern Washington University in 1999. She is best known for her gentle touch, keeping patients comfortable, and providing a first-class experience.

Outside the office, Jaime and her husband (Michael) enjoy being active with their children by spending time outdoors. Their favorite activities include boating, camping, hiking, and playing pickleball. Her favorite hobby is traveling; She loves exploring new places with family and friends.

Laura began her dental career in 2021 and joined our team in 2024. She loves teeth and loves that she gets to help her patients smile every day! Laura is compassionate and honest and enjoys using those skills to connect with and educate her patients.

She also enjoys arts and crafts with her kids, cooking, and being a nail technician.

Esmie attended Spokane Community College for EFDA and has been working in dentistry for five years, including four years with Dr. Despain.

Esmie loves everything about being a dental assistant, especially helping people feel confident in their smiles and making dental visits a positive experience. She is known for making patients feel comfortable and cared for. She takes time to listen, clearly explain procedures, and create a calm, friendly environment so every visit feels as stress-free as possible.

Her favorite part of dentistry is working closely with her team in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent patient care. She values both teamwork and the ability to make a real difference in patients' experiences each day.

My favorite part of the job is building connections with patients and helping them leave feeling better about their smile. Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
