A native of Middleton, Idaho, Dr. Calvin Despain graduated as valedictorian of Middleton High School. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University-Idaho before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Despain's dedication and clinical skills were recognized with highest distinction honors, placing him in the top five percent of his graduating class. He also received the Dr. Tillman E. Miller Clinical Achievement Award and was inducted into the esteemed Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society for his professional integrity and commitment to clinical excellence.

Since dental school, Dr. Despain has enhanced his expertise through advanced training in CEREC same-day crowns, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry procedures. His professional growth allows him to provide his patients with the latest technologies and treatment methods.

In his personal time, Dr. Despain enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and cherishes quality time with his wife and children. He is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care to members of the community he calls home.

I have never had a negative experience at Skyview Dental. Recently I had 4 teeth pulled as a step towards a permanent bridge. This office operates how all dentist offices should be.

After finally deciding to get a second opinion on a tooth that has been troubling me and ignored by previous dentist, I decided to checkout Skyview. In one day they diagnosed the problem, and had me scheduled same day (at specialist dentist in Tricites) for a root canal. Just got their in-house... After finally deciding to get a second opinion on a tooth that has been troubling me and ignored by previous dentist, I decided to checkout Skyview. In one day they diagnosed the problem, and had me scheduled same day (at specialist dentist in Tricites) for a root canal.
